By placing an order with Royal Furniture Philly, you agree to the following:
- All sales are considered final unless an issue is reported within the allowed timeframe
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through entryways, stairways, and desired spaces
- Delivery areas must be clear and ready prior to arrival
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper fit or customer handling after delivery
- Natural variations in color, fabric, or texture may occur and are not considered defects
🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We keep it fair and straightforward:
- You have 48 hours after delivery to report any damage or issues
- If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- We will repair or replace the item at no cost
Returns (non-damage related):
- Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Subject to approval and may include a restocking fee (up to 25%)
No returns on:
- Custom or special orders
- Floor models / clearance items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee
- Orders can be canceled anytime before delivery for a refund (fees may apply depending on timing and order status)
Custom or special orders:
- Cannot be canceled once processing or production has started
If delivery is refused or missed:
- Customer may be responsible for delivery and restocking fees
🚚 DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery includes placement and assembly of furniture
Customers must:
- Ensure the space is ready and clear
- Confirm measurements before purchase
We do NOT:
- Remove existing furniture unless arranged in advance
- Dispose of trash or packaging
